5802 Nicholson Ln Unit 2-L05, Rockville, MD 20852

Property Description

Rare opportunity! Don't miss this nicely updated one-bedroom condo in the amenity-rich Fallswood community. This is a lobby-level unit with an above-ground balcony that has filtered views of the pool. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There's plenty of cabinet space including a pantry. Also in the kitchen area behind new folding doors is the full-sized washer and dryer. The bathroom has been updated with a pretty gray cabinet and sink. The unit has plenty of closet space (a coat closet, a linen closet and two closets in the bedroom). And speaking of storage, the condo has it's own storage unit in the building's lower level. You'll stay toasty warm or comfortably cool with the new heat pump that was installed earlier this year at a cost of $10,000! There's a reserved parking space in the community's parking garage but if you prefer to walk, you'll appreciate the Walking Score of 87! Whole Foods and CVS are a few blocks away, as well as shops and eateries. Pike and Rose is also within walking distance and so is the Metro. But if you choose to stay in, you can relax at the Fallswood's beautiful pool, use the exercise room, plan a gathering in the building's party room, sit quietly and read a book in the Library or enjoy the new roof deck. Between the location and the amenities, there's a lot to love here.
